Diffusion Tensor Imaging (DTI)

A specialized MRI technique that maps how water molecules move through brain tissue — particularly along white matter tracts. While a standard MRI shows brain structure, DTI reveals the connectivity and integrity of the nerve fibers themselves.

  • Concussion and TBI evaluation and follow-up

  • Multiple sclerosis monitoring

  • Pre-surgical planning for brain tumors

  • Cognitive and neurological symptom investigation

Musculoskeletal MRI

Sees what X-rays can’t — soft tissue injuries, early stress fractures, and joint damage.

High-resolution imaging of joints, ligaments, tendons, muscles, and bone marrow — ideal for sports injuries, post-injury evaluation, and pre-surgical planning. Detects ligament tears (ACL, MCL, rotator cuff), tendon injuries, muscle strains, meniscal tears, labral tears, stress fractures, bone marrow edema, and arthritis.

BRAIN & NEUROLOGICAL MRI

The most sensitive imaging modality for evaluating the brain and nervous system — used for everything from headaches and dizziness to stroke and tumor surveillance.

Can detect tumors, stroke, multiple sclerosis (MS), traumatic brain injury (TBI), aneurysms, inflammation, hearing loss, vision changes, and pituitary disorders.

  • Brain - comprehensive evaluation of brain tissue and structures

  • IAC (Internal Auditory Canal) — for hearing loss, tinnitus, vertigo

  • Pituitary - for hormonal and endocrine evaluation

  • Orbits — for vision changes and orbital pathology

  • MRA Head & Neck — vascular imaging for aneurysms, stenosis, and dissection

Spine MRI

Is the best imaging study for looking at the spinal cord, discs, nerves, and surrounding soft tissues in detail. It’s especially useful when symptoms involve pain, numbness, weakness, or suspected nerve involvement. Can detect disc herniations, nerve compression, stenosis.
